Dear Simran,
I hope this email finds you in the best of health. I got your e-mail and became glad to know that you are safe and healthy.
I would like to tell you how I learnt skiing, an immensely popular and attention grabbing sport. I went to solang valley, 14 km away from Manali, and there I learnt this. It was a fun time while I was walking in ski shoes on soft snow. I also enjoyed going down a slope on a snow plough.
Some equipments which we require to learn skiing are warm clothes, gloves, woollen caps. sun glasses, etc.. Besides this, fitness is a must. Overall my tour to solang valley in Manali was full of fun, excitement, and adventure.
Next year, during the summer season, I would like to visit there once again, but I want you to accompany me in my next trip.

On 27th september, 2024,I bought a smart TV from your shop. It is very surprising that the television is currently malfunctioning, and its sound and picture quality are also unsatisfactory.
As the TV is under warranty period, I would like to ask you to send an expert mechanic to repair it. As the company provides home service till one year, I want you to carry the process forward .I have also uploaded the receipt of the bill payment of the smart TV for your convenience.
Looking forward for a postive response from you very soon; for the excitement remains at the top during the world cup cricket. Besides this, we are also unable to watch our favourite Tv serials and news channels.
