The purpose of writing the letter is to invite you respectfully as the Guest of Honour at the Teachers’ Day function in our school.
This year, we have decided to invite a renowned author at the Teachers’ Day function. So we respectfully invite you at 10 am in the school auditorium, as the function is to be held there. The function includes a lot of programmes like singing, dancing, speech, etc. Delicious snacks are also there for everyone.
At the end of the function, there is a prize distribution ceremony in which the winners will be awarded with their medals. We would also like you to present a speech about your recent published book; some ideas to become a great author; and the challenges you faced to reach this great height.
