Usually it analysis a situation or problem and often makes suggestions or recommendations for future course of action.
Since it is best on true facts, it needs to be clear and well structured.

Cleanliness Campaign
Our school, Birla Open Minds International School organised a cleanliness campaign to make us understand about the importance of cleanliness.
During the morning assembly, a play on Clean India was enacted to highlight the importance of cleanliness.
School Principal, Vice Principal, along with staff and students participated in this programme enthusiastically. They took up brooms and cleaned every nook and corner of the classrooms, corridors, school grounds, etc.
Every member of the School enjoyed cleanliness campaign, which appeared to be a kind of motivational programme for all. This motivational message needs to be transferred from house to house, and from neighbourhood to neighbourhood.
