On behalf of all my friends, I would to draw your attention towards the cleanliness of our society.

Cleanliness is an important part of our daily work. But day by day, the surrounding area of  our locality is getting polluted with various pollutants. This is directly related to our health. So I and my friends have decided to stage a play on cleanliness to raise awareness among the people.

I, hence, request you to Kindly allow us to use Community Hall to stage a show on cleanliness for the residents of Sahiyar. We would be grateful to you for your cooperation.
